Thank you for shopping with Traction Supply Co. Every item we offer is produced with care, and many of our products are created on demand through our production partner, Apliiq, to reduce waste and maintain premium quality.

Please review the following shipping details before placing your order.


1. Order Processing & Production Times

Most products (including hoodies, tees, hats, and rider collabs) are made to order.

Production Time:

3–5 business days for standard items

Production times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume drops.

Because items are produced on demand, orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun.


2. Shipping Times

Once production is complete, your order is shipped from one of Apliiq’s U.S. fulfillment centers.

Estimated shipping times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): Available at checkout (when supported)

  • International Shipping: Varies by destination; customs delays may occur

Shipping speeds are in addition to production time.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates after the label is created.


4. Multiple Shipments

Because items may be produced in different facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost.


5. Shipping Issues, Lost Packages & Delays

Traction Supply Co. is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Weather-related or carrier-related interruptions

If your package is marked delivered but missing, please contact your local carrier.
We will assist with claims if possible, but replacements are not guaranteed.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

We cannot reroute packages after they ship.
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at info@tractionsupplyco.com
If the order has not gone into production, we may be able to update it — but this is not guaranteed.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email info@tractionsupplyco.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include photos of the item, packaging, and the issue

  3. Provide your order number

Approved claims will receive a replacement.
Refunds are not issued for damaged items.


8. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
