Traction Supply Co. — Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because many of our products are made in small batches, produced on demand, or created through exclusive rider collaborations, all sales are final once an order is placed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Delayed shipping due to carrier issues

  • Color or design preference differences

  • Limited-edition rider collab items

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost.

To qualify, you must:

  1. Contact us at info@tractionsupplyco.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged area

    • The full item

    • The packaging

  3. Include your order number in the email

If approved, a replacement will be shipped to the original address.
Refunds are not issued for damaged or defective items — replacements only.


Order Errors

If Traction Supply Co. makes a mistake (wrong item, wrong size, incorrect print), we will correct it.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Packages stolen after delivery

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

For lost packages still in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, as production or fulfillment begins immediately.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.


Custom or Personalized Items

All custom items (jersey lettering, team apparel, special orders, one-off designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable, without exception.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
